Nashville-based management working as a consultant InfoWorks has acquired fellow Nashville boutique talking to firm FocusPoint.

The businesses will merge procedures and leadership. FocusPoint Boss Nathan King now leads InfoWorks’ Business Intelligence and Statistics Practice.

Professionals with InfoWorks, that was created in 1997 and hosts greater than 90 people, have been trying to expand their business intelligence and statistics abilities.

Both companies have clients across multiple industries, including healthcare and manufacturing.
